Day by day this week
- 2 weeks 0 days (day 14)You're very likely to ovulate today, if you haven't already, and if egg meets sperm, you may soon be pregnant.
- 2 weeks 1 day (day 15)Your newly released egg survives only 24 hours, but hopefully it will meet sperm and be fertilized in that time.
- 2 weeks 2 days (day 16)Once your egg is fertilized, hormonal changes naturally stop your normal menstrual cycle.
- 2 weeks 3 days (day 17)Vital cell divisions are happening as the fertilized egg begins its journey toward implantation.
- 2 weeks 4 days (day 18)Big changes are happening in your uterus every day, and within 72 hours the fertilized egg will implant.
- 2 weeks 5 days (day 19)While you wait, you might wonder how you'd feel if two fertilized embryos were waiting to implant!
- 2 weeks 6 days (day 20)Your reproductive organs are going through complex processes that will let your body maintain the pregnancy.
