Day by day this week
- Day 22 with your newborn (day 302)The fourth week can bring small glimpses of the outside world returning: a proper meal, a walk, a message answered, a moment that feels more like you.
- Day 23 with your newborn (day 303)Your baby may be starting to notice more: light, faces, movement, voices, and the familiar pattern of being cared for by you.
- Day 24 with your newborn (day 304)There may be a moment today when you look around and wonder how everything became so untidy so quickly. Newborns are small but administratively enormous.
- Day 25 with your newborn (day 305)By now people may be asking whether you are enjoying it. A more useful question might be: are you supported? Are you sleeping at all? Are you okay today?
- Day 26 with your newborn (day 306)How you feed your baby may not look exactly like you expected before birth. Plans can change when real life, real recovery, and a real baby arrive.
- Day 27 with your newborn (day 307)A trip that once seemed ordinary can feel huge now. Buying milk, walking to the park, or having a coffee with the pram may be a genuine achievement.
- Day 28 with your newborn (day 308)Four weeks ago, your baby arrived. A month can feel impossibly long and impossibly short at the same time.
