Day 7 with your newborn
One week together 🎂
One week ago, everything changed. You have already learned more than you realise: how your baby sounds, how they feed, how they like to be held, and how much you can do on very little sleep.
This week was never meant to look tidy. It was meant to be survived, held, fed through, cried through, and slowly understood.
How you might feel
How you might feel
You may still be bleeding, sore, emotional, and tired. Recovery at one week is still very early — there is no need to feel normal yet.
Today's tip
Today's tip
Take one photo today, even if the house is messy and you feel unlike yourself. One day this week will feel both distant and precious.
