Day 37 with your newborn
The six-week check is for you too 🩺
Your six-week postnatal check is not only about whether the baby is fine. It is also about you — your body, mood, recovery, and questions.
Do not minimise symptoms because you think they are normal. Common does not mean you have to cope silently.
