Day 34 with your newborn

You are becoming fluent 🗣️

You may not realise it, but you are becoming fluent in your baby: the cry that means hungry, the face before a poo, the restless body that needs sleep.

This is what attachment often looks like: ordinary, repeated, imperfect care. Not magic. Not perfection. Showing up.

Today's tip

Share the mental load where possible. Ask another adult to own one complete task, not just help when asked.
