Day 1 with your newborn

Your baby is here ❤️

Today everything changed. For months, your baby existed in scans, kicks, hopes, and imagination. Now they are here — and you do not need to know exactly what you are doing yet.

Today is about recovery, feeding, rest, and meeting each other. No routine is needed. No performance is required. Being together is enough.

How you might feel

How you might feel

Today's tip

Today's tip

Accept practical help if it feels useful: meals, drinks, laundry, a tidy kitchen, or someone holding the baby while you shower.
